This rule applies to Class M cars, Class N cars and Class O trailers (including complete or incomplete) that can be driven on China's highways and urban roads. Not suitable for vehicles running on tracks, agricultural and forestry tractors and various construction machinery, as well as other non-road vehicles and Category III chassis.
