1.1 The scope of products to which this rule applies a) Mining rubber-sheathed flexible cables; b) Wires and cables for railway rolling stock with AC rated voltage 3kV and below; c) Rubber-insulated wires and cables with rated voltage 450/750V and below; d) Rated voltage 450 /750V and below PVC insulated wire and cable. 1.2 Scope of products to which this rule does not apply This rule does not apply to wire assembly products, nor to bare wires, power cables, overhead insulated cables, communication cables, optical cables, and winding wire products.
