The main features of special-shaped column-frame light-structure residences are the use of special-shaped columns and lightweight infill walls, so there are no column corners in the room; and because the walls are thinned, the usable area of the residence can be increased; the infill wall materials can be adapted to local conditions and on-site. Take materials and use lightweight and efficient thermal insulation building materials to achieve energy saving. This system is a residential system with good development prospects. In order to standardize the design and construction of residential buildings in this system, this regulation is formulated based on the actual situation of Hebei Province. The special-shaped column frame light structure is a new type of residential structure unique to my country. This structure uses lightweight infill walls as internal and external walls. It is lightweight, thermally insulating, and conducive to earthquake resistance. It is an energy-saving residential system in line with my country's national conditions. At present, this housing system has been built in many cities across the country, including millions of square meters in earthquake areas. Since these buildings were mainly built after the Tangshan earthquake and have not passed the earthquake test, designers are very concerned about their seismic performance. Since 1994, Hebei University of Technology, with the support of the Hebei Provincial Construction Committee and the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Commission, combined with the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Commission's mandatory plan project: "Seismic design and application of high-rise large bay special-shaped column frame light structure system" research This project has conducted systematic experimental research and theoretical analysis on the seismic performance of special-shaped columns and the seismic design and application of special-shaped column and frame light structural systems. The results show that: after reasonable design, the special-shaped column and frame light structural system with large bays has reliable Bearing capacity and good ductility. This regulation is based on the current relevant national norms, standards and a large number of experimental research results as the main basis, with the basic principles of safety and applicability, advanced technology, economical and reasonable, and ensuring quality, for the design, construction and acceptance of special-shaped column and frame light structural systems. Corresponding provisions have been made. During the implementation of this regulation, if each unit finds that it needs to be supplemented or corrected, please submit it to the preparation unit in a timely manner for reference in future revisions.
