Scope
Autoclaved fly ash bricks are a wall material that has been used for more than ten years. It has the advantages of utilizing waste materials, saving energy, and protecting limited land resources. Due to the low shear strength of its masonry, the number of floors of houses in earthquake-resistant areas is limited, which affects its promotion and application. Hebei Provincial Department of Construction Ji Jianke [2001] No. 417 document stipulates that within the urban planning areas of 11 districts and cities in the province until June 30, 2002, and within the urban planning areas of county-level cities and economically developed counties until June 30, 2003 There is a total ban on the use of clay solid bricks. With the progress of wall reform, starting from the urban planning areas of some districts and cities in our province, the ban on the use of sintered clay porous bricks will be put on the agenda, and wall replacements for sintered clay solid bricks and sintered clay P-type porous bricks will be developed. New materials are a top priority. In view of the shortcomings of autoclaved fly ash bricks, new varieties such as scored solid bricks and porous bricks have been developed, becoming an ideal wall material that replaces sintered clay solid bricks and sintered clay P-type porous bricks. The fly ash small hollow blocks have formed a fly ash block series. In order to rationally use fly ash block materials and ensure that the design and construction of fly ash block masonry structures are technologically advanced, economically reasonable, safe and applicable, and ensure quality, according to Hebei Provincial Department of Construction Ji Jian Zhi [2002] No. 484 According to the requirements, the "Technical Regulations for Fly Ash Block Masonry Structures" was edited by the Hebei Provincial Engineering Construction Standardization Management Office. The "Regulations" include general principles, terminology and symbols, calculation indicators of materials and masonry, basic design regulations, structural requirements, There are seven chapters in total including seismic design, construction quality acceptance and three appendices including block production, which provide specific provisions on relevant issues. This regulation is applicable to non-seismic fortification areas and areas with seismic fortification intensity of 6 to 8 degrees, using autoclaved fly ash bricks, autoclaved fly ash porous bricks, and fly ash small hollow blocks as wall materials. Structural design, construction and acceptance. Autoclaved fly ash bricks, autoclaved fly ash porous bricks and fly ash small hollow blocks shall not be used in building parts that are heated above 200°C for a long time, are subject to rapid cooling and heat, and are corroded by acidic media.
