Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging and storage of portable hinge machines. This standard applies to portable hinge machines (hereinafter referred to as hinge machines) used to repair crankshaft main bearings, connecting rod bearings and cam bearings of automobiles and tractor engines.
