- (a) This part provides for the issuance and modification of airworthiness standards for normal category, utility category, material category, and commuter category aircraft type certificates. (b) Legal persons applying for normal, utility, material and commuter category aircraft type certificates or applying for changes to the certificate in accordance with the provisions of Part 21 of the Civil Aviation Regulations of China must demonstrate compliance with the applicable requirements of this part.
