Scope: This standard specifies the terms, performance requirements, test methods, signs and instructions for bicycle lighting equipment (hereinafter referred to as lighting equipment). This standard applies to lighting equipment for general-purpose bicycles such as ordinary bicycles, light bicycles, sports bicycles and electric bicycles specified in QB 1714.
