- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the coercive force of soft magnetic materials, sample preparation, test equipment, test procedures, result presentation and test reports. This standard applies to the measurement of the coercive force Hc by the throwing method when the elongated sample of soft magnetic material is in a stable saturated magnetization state in a solenoid at an ambient temperature of 23°C±5°C.
