- This standard specifies the classification, specifications and markings, structure and materials, requirements, test methods, inspections, rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of concrete test forms. This standard applies to the design, production and quality inspection of concrete test forms. This standard does not apply to plastic test molds used on construction sites where the ambient temperature is outside 10ºC-30ºC.
