Scope
This specification is applicable to the calibration of the T5 series steel cable tension gauge (hereinafter referred to as the tension gauge) used in aircraft maintenance in the civil aviation system to measure inch steel cable tension. The calibration methods of other series of comparison table type steel cable tension gauges can be carried out with reference to this specification.
