Scope
This standard specifies the content of clenbuterol, albuterol, ractopamine, zilpaterol, chlorpronaline, terbutaline, cimaterol, sibuterol, mabuterol, orbutaline in animal urine. A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 11 β-agonists including terol and bambuterol. This standard is applicable to the determination of 11 beta-agonists including clenbuterol in animal urine. The detection limit of the method is 0.1ng/mL, and the quantitation limit is 0.2ng/mL.
