- This procedure is applicable to the first calibration and subsequent calibration of analog single-channel and multi-channel electrocardiographs that measure human surface cardiac potential in real time. This procedure does not apply to digital electrocardiographs, vector electrocardiographs, electrocardiogram monitors and other electrocardiographic measuring instruments that have non-linear systems and information processing and are used for special purposes.
