Scope

This specification covers two designed for bulk transfer of heated asphalt the- Department of Defense. sizes of pumping assemblies n a mobile, continuous-mix asphalt plant. displacement, rotary pump; an electric motor with magnetic starter and pushbutton station; a jacketed strainer; drive mechanism; and other components and accessories specified herein. The assemblies shall be mounted on a steel skidbase to form an integrated, portable, asphalt pumping unit.
