The jumper shall be a pullover body style with elastic attached at the neck, waist and wrist openings of the full length sleeves. The elastic shall be attached with a seam or may be encased in heat sealed tunnels. The
joining seams shall be heat sealed (non-embossed) to finish on the inside of the garment.
