- This standard specifies the sample preparation and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry methods for the detection of zearalinol drug residues in foods of animal origin. This standard applies to α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, zearalenol, and zearalenol in muscles, livers of pigs, cattle, chickens, milk and eggs. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry detection and confirmation of single or multiple mixtures of mycodone and zearalenone residues.
