This second public review draft of Standard 103-1993R makes three proposed independent substantive changes to the first draft. The changes were in response to comments submitted during the first public review. The first change is to Section 7.1; the second change is to Sections 8.6, 11.2.8.1, and 11.4.8.1.1; and the third change is to Table 7 in Section 9.8.3, which also impacts Sections 11.4.8.2 and 11.4.8.4.
