The purpose of this standard is to establish a list of the information that appears most frequently in the certificates of steel products defined in the UNE 36-007 standard. To the extent that this standard establishes the designations and codes of the information that must appear in the certificates of steel products, it should contribute to eliminating comprehension difficulties in international exchanges, even in those cases in which the document is drawn up in a single language, by reference to the codes included in tables 2 to 5 of this standard. This standard is applicable to the types of certificates mentioned in table 1 and can refer to any steel product.
