The purpose of this sheet is to know up-to-date the status of budget execution. This is your own checking account token. One will be used to detail all the budget income items, indicating the purposes to which they are intended or assigned. Once this file is available, the sums of the payments made quarterly will be taken. There will also be a file for each chapter. Thus, for example: Acquisition of books, bindings, scientific materials, office and stationery supplies, maintenance, etc. When, in turn, these are libraries such as University libraries, which are divided into Faculty libraries and some of these into others for seminars, laboratories, clinics, etc., a token may be allocated to each Library, if they are assigns an appropriation for the expenses of each of them. With this sheet you will be able to know the current status of the budget investment, whether or not there is an available balance, etc. Each card will have the name of the account written on the bottom tab, which is visible in the "Kardex" in which it is filed.
