This standard establishes the procedure to determine the water absorption of bituminous reinforcement, sheets or plates, used as waterproofing materials in construction, when immersed in it. The procedure is also established to determine, in the sheets that contain it, if the cellulosic organic felt reinforcement is completely saturated.
