The purpose of this standard is to define the different types of drilling guides in most common use and to specify their nomenclature. Annex A will discuss the most common fixing devices for fixing these guides and their names. In Annex B, the names in French, English, Italian, German and Russian of both the guides and the fixing devices will be given.
