The purpose of this standard is to establish a uniform method for determining whether a supply of a certain asbestos cement product can be accepted as conforming to the specifications provided for in the standard corresponding to that product. To do this, it defines a series of rules for the formation of lots, sampling, inspection and acceptance or rejection of them. Establishes a double sampling plan for the inspection method by attributes, as well as a single sampling plan for the inspection method by variables.
