1.1 This standard specifies types, thickness and tolerances, composition and application, requirements, packaging, marking, sampling and criteria for conformity and testing for tempered safety glass.
1.2 This standard covers tempered safety glass which is transparent, coloured or colourless intended to be used as any glass part of the automobile except windshield.
