Scope

This regulation applies to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of wheel loader loading capacity detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) installed on wheel loaders used in railway freight yards and other loading and unloading sites for controlling loading and unloading volumes.
