Scope

This standard specifies methods for measuring the total mass per unit area of textile floor coverings, the total mass of pile yarn per unit area, and the pile mass on the base, and the pile mass on the base and the volume of pile edge fibers per unit volume. Specifies the method for calculating the ratio.
