- Scope
- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of iodinated casein content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of iodinated casein in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. Based on 1% T iodinated casein, the detection limit of this method is 10 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 25 mg/kg, which is equivalent to T content of 0.1 mg/kg and 0.25 mg/kg respectively.
