- Scope
- This part of SN/T 0306 specifies the sample preparation, inspection, and comprehensive evaluation of results for safety inspection of pyrotechnic agents and products used in exported fireworks and firecrackers. This section applies to the safety inspection of pyrotechnic agents or products for exported fireworks and firecrackers under the following circumstances: a) Before new products are put into production; b) For long-term export of fireworks and firecrackers products, regular or irregular spot inspections; c) During arbitration and claim cases , when both parties request a drug safety appraisal; d) Other times when necessary. This section does not apply to the assessment of any of the following hazards: a) hazards of pyrotechnic agents during the production process; b) hazards caused by improper or illegal operation; c) hazards caused by the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic fields dangers caused; d) other special risks under abnormal transportation and storage conditions.
