Scope

This standard specifies a dew condensation test conducted under the same conditions as those specified for the cold storage performance test and defrost test for frozen/refrigerated showcases (hereinafter referred to as showcases) for the purpose of selling or displaying food products. (See JIS B 8611-3, 4).
