Scope

1 This part of ISO 105 specifies a method for de-termining the resistance of the colour of textiles of all kinds and in all forms to the action of boiling dilute sodium carbonate solution. The method is mainly ap-plicable to natural and regenerated cellulose materials. 2 Two tests are provided: one with and the other without the addition of a reduction inhibitor.
