Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements, system construction and equipment management, venue layout, venue services, administrator responsibilities, on-site support personnel responsibilities, supervisory personnel responsibilities and video conference operation procedures of government video conferences. This document is applicable to party and government agencies (including party agencies at all levels in the city, people's congresses, administrative agencies, CPPCC agencies, supervisory agencies, judicial agencies, procuratorial agencies, as well as people's organizations such as trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, and public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law) to conduct video conferences. Other public institutions directly under the city that are not managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law should refer to this document for implementation. "Cloud Video" video conferences are implemented in accordance with this document.
