Scope

This publication applies to the radiation of electromagnetic energy which may cause interference to radio reception and which is emitted from: a) vehicles propelled by an internal combustion engine@ electrical means or both; b) motor boats propelled by an internal combustion engine@ electrical means or both; c) devices equipped with spark-ignited internal combustion engines. This publication does not apply to aircraft@ railway traction systems@ nor to incomplete vehicles. Notes 1. ?? Vehicles include@ but are not limited to@ mopeds@ agricultural tractors@ and snowmobiles. 2. ?? Motor boats too large for the C.I.S.P.R. measuring site require special measuring techniques which are under consideration.
