This document is applicable to the Dalian specialty variety Ezo scallop (Patinopecten yessoensis) as raw material, which has been processed through pretreatment, seasoning, adding vermicelli, minced garlic, adding or not adding vegetables, with or without scallop shells, quick freezing, packaging and other processes non-ready-to-eat prepackaged garlic vermicelli and clam products.
