Scope
This document stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation, storage and consumption methods of Dalian seafood pre-made vegetable garlic vermicelli clams. This document is applicable to the Dalian specialty variety Ezo scallop (Patinopecten yessoensis) as raw material, which has been processed through pretreatment, seasoning, adding vermicelli, minced garlic, adding or not adding vegetables, with or without scallop shells, quick freezing, packaging and other processes non-ready-to-eat prepackaged garlic vermicelli and clam products. Other species such as: Chlamys farreri Jones & Preston, bay scallop. The following terms and definitions apply to this document. You can refer to this standard for implementation.
