This document stipulates the in-depth design of high-rise prefabricated steel structure building construction, component production and transportation, main structure construction, enclosure system construction, interior system construction, equipment and pipeline system construction, quality acceptance and intelligent construction and Green construction. This document is applicable to newly built, renovated and expanded high-rise prefabricated steel structure buildings in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees and above and where the main structure adopts steel components. It is also applicable to high-rise prefabricated steel structures that adopt seismic isolation, energy dissipation and shock absorption design. Structural buildings include: a) Buildings with more than six floors; building height not exceeding 100m. b) The floors and roofs use prefabricated floor slabs; the main parts of the peripheral protection system, equipment and pipeline systems, and interior systems are assembled and integrated with prefabricated parts (components).
