This document specifies the technical requirements for sand pear fruit harvesting, grading, pre-storage treatment, storage, packaging, transportation and loading and unloading. This document is applicable to post-harvest commercial processing technologies such as cold storage and preservation of major sand pear varieties in Hubei Province, such as 'Cui Guan', 'Cui Yu', 'E Pear No. 2', 'Gold', and 'Yuan Huang'.
