Scope
1.0.1 To implement national building energy-saving policies, to meet the requirements of current building energy-saving design standards, and to standardize technical requirements for FTC self-regulating phase change thermal storage materials insulation systems and their constituent materials, improve the thermal insulation performance of building envelope structures, optimize indoor thermal environments, reduce energy consumption for heating and air conditioning operations in buildings, enhance indoor comfort levels, better meet fire protection performance requirements in engineering projects, and ensure project quality, this standard is hereby established. 1.0.2 This standard applies to new construction, expansion, renovation, and existing building energy-saving改造为符合要求的内容:This standard applies to the design, construction, and acceptance of new, expanded, or renovated general industrial and civil buildings for energy conservation projects as well as energy-saving renovations of existing buildings, except for newly constructed, expanded, or renovated building exterior wall outer side main insulation systems in Shanghai.
