This document provides a pointer to the international standard for the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) management information model that should be employed directly as a management information model for SONET. Prior provisions (now deprecated) of T1.119-1994 (R2001) are provided as informational Annex A to document the operation of legacy installations.
