Scope

This document stipulates the scope of protection of Zhuhu glutinous rice, planting technology, harvesting, production and processing, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to Zhuhu glutinous rice approved for protection by the former national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
