Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance services, evaluation and improvement of video conferencing operation and maintenance services for government agencies. This document applies to the video conferencing system operation and maintenance services for party and government agencies (including party agencies at all levels in the province, people's congresses, administrative agencies, CPPCC agencies, supervisory agencies, judicial agencies, procuratorial agencies, as well as people's organizations such as trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, and public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law). The video conferencing operation and maintenance services for other public institutions not managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law can be implemented in accordance with this document.
