This document stipulates the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of explosion-proof suspension bridge winches for offshore platforms (hereinafter referred to as suspension bridge winches). This document is applicable to the production, manufacturing, testing and inspection of suspension winches used on offshore platforms with explosion-proof requirements such as drilling, oil production, and gas production. The explosion-proof suspension bridge winch used in offshore wind power booster stations can also be implemented as a reference.
