This document replaces and merges SCC-94-008 Product Change Administration - Hardware and TCIF-97-008 Product Change Administration - Software Purpose The purpose of this document is to provide suppliers of telecommunications products with TCIF's proposed view of generic guidelines and procedures for initiating and administering Product Change Notices (PCNs) and associated reports. These PCNs and reports should be used by suppliers as the most effective means of exchanging product change information with customers. .
