Scope

This document stipulates the basic contents of the road pavement technical condition inspection and evaluation in Hubei Province, the inspection and evaluation of carriageways, the inspection and evaluation of sidewalks, special inspection and evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation methods and results requirements for technical conditions. This document is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of the technical conditions of various levels of carriageways and sidewalks in cities and towns in Hubei Province that have been put into operation, and can be used as a reference for the urban roads that have been completed but not put into use.
