--Variety Requirements: Meet the variety requirements specified in T/YXXM001 "Yeungxi Fragrant Rice";
--Physical and Chemical Indicators: The quality of the product should comply with the indicators set by NY/T419 "Green Food Rice", adding relevant indicators for "aroma";
--Safety and Hygiene Standards: These standards are consistent with those in NY/T419 "Green Food Rice". Compared to national food safety standards, they are stricter as follows:
Total Mercury (as Hg) ≤0.01 mg/kg, stricter than GB2762 "National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods" which is ≤ 0.02 mg/kg;
Inorganic Arsenic (as As) ≤0.15 mg/kg, stricter than GB2762 "National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods" which is ≤ 0.2 mg/kg;
Aflatoxin B1 ≤5.0 μg/kg, stricter than GB2761 "National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Mycotoxins in Foods" which is ≤ 10 μg/kg.
