- This document specifies a test method for evaluating the peel strength of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) to rigid substrates. It is primarily applicable to soft components in the Shore A hardness range. This document specifies the test piece but not the injection mold for its manufacture. Therefore, different results may be obtained for test pieces produced using different injection molds.
