Scope

This standard specifies two detection methods, ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR, specific for insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant cotton GHB119 transformants. This standard is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of insect-resistant and herbicide-resistant cotton GHB119 and its derivative varieties, as well as GHB119 transformant components in products.
