This document stipulates the determination of lake and reservoir monitoring plans, monitoring indicators and monitoring methods, sampling of indoor testing items, monitoring of on-site testing items, and management of monitoring data. It is suitable for inspection and sampling of vertical water quality of lakes and reservoirs and some microbial indicators, routine monitoring, emergency monitoring and special monitoring of water quality of deep-water lakes and reservoirs. It is also suitable for vertical monitoring of water quality of shallow-water lakes and reservoirs.
