This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and consumption methods of Dalian seafood pre-cooked dried-roasted Spanish mackerel. This document applies to dry-roasted Spanish mackerel products made from Huangbo seafood and frozen mackerel as the main raw materials, and processed through pretreatment, cutting, seasoning, frying, juice boiling, packaging and other processes.
