Scope
This document specifies the production technology of fermented concentrated feed for yaks in barns, including the feed requirements, fermentation strains, fermentation process, quality control, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation, and feeding methods. This document is applicable to feed products produced by solid-state fermentation using Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Lactobacillus casei from yak rumen, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia pastoris from highland barley lees as fermentation strains, and concentrated feed for yaks in barns as fermentation substrates.
