This document specifies methods for qualitative screening of common genetically modified components in soybeans. This document is applicable to the qualitative screening of 16 genetically modified soybean transformants (see Appendix A) and common genetically modified components (CaMV 35S promoter, NOS terminator, pat gene, crVIAc gene and E9 terminator) in their T-added products.
