Scope
This guideline specifies the basic requirements, main contents and implementation steps for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the standardization of production safety. This guideline is mainly applicable to small and medium-sized industrial and trade enterprises other than commerce and general chemical enterprises (enterprises that do not produce, operate or issue use licenses for hazardous chemicals).
