DIN EN 1459-7 E:2017-12 - Rough terrain forklifts - Safety requirements and certification - Part 7: Test methods and determination of noise emissions

Scope: This European Standard specifies the noise emission measurement method and the configuration and conditions to be used for the tests, aiming to define: 　——the sound power level (LWA) of the truck; and - the sound pressure level (LpA) at the operator's position. This European Standard applies to: 　——off-road telescopic trucks covered by EN 1459-1; and - revolving off-road telescopic trucks covered by EN 1459-2. These tests and measurements shall be carried out on new machines taken off the production line. This standard applies to trucks manufactured after the date of publication.
