Principles of Public Data Openness 5. Processes for Public Data Openness The process includes preparation, application, review, publication, assessment, and feedback mechanisms. 6. Management Requirements Data management bodies should establish evaluation standards, conduct regular self-assessments on data continuity, consistency, standardization, authenticity, completeness, and effectiveness, and provide feedback on data usage to the public data openness network.
